Prices are quoted for 2 persons, (except week bookings) for any additional persons, there is a flat charge of £30 per stay.
Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays are charged at the rate for 3 nights.
We prefer week bookings during school holidays, but if the week is available one month before date, we will consider 3 night stays.
we also offer a special rate of £40, for people staying Fri and Sat and wish to leave 6pm Sun, rather than 11am
The house sleeps 4, but there is a sofabed. There will be a £30 supplement for use of sofabed to cover cleaning and laundry costs – this is only suitable for families with children making up the 5 people. Sorry no pets.25% deposit is required at the time of booking, any cancellations less than 6 weeks will be charged the full rate. If we can resell those dates, then we will refund you the full rate minus the original deposit.
Full payment must be received six weeks before arrival date or we are at liberty to resell those dates.
We reserve the right to increase prices at any time. This wil not affect bookings already made.
