By the single night

£130 per night for 2 persons in low season, min 2 nights
£145 per night for 3/4 persons in low season, min 2 nights

£140 per night for 2 persons in high season,  min 3 nights
£155 per night for 3/4 persons in high season, min 3 nights

During school holidays we prefer weekly bookings.

We also offer a special supplement rate of £35, for people staying Fri and Sat and wish to leave later at 6pm Sun, rather than 11am, only available on sundays

Midweek offers – Monday – Thursday
All midweek stays are the night rate minus 35%, min stay 3 nights
for example in low season, arriving on mon for 3 nights for 2 persons £253.50

The house sleeps 4, but there is a sofabed. There will be a £30 supplement for use of sofabed to cover cleaning and laundry costs – this is only suitable for families with children making up the 5 people.  

Sorry no pets.

25% deposit is required at the time of booking, any cancellations less than 4 weeks will be charged the full rate. If we can resell those dates, then we will refund you the full rate minus the original deposit.

Full payment must be received one month before arrival date or we are at liberty to resell those dates.

We reserve the right to increase prices at any time. This wil not affect bookings already made.
